By accessing or using Morvim (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

All content on Morvim - including films, documentaries, music videos, series, and editorial articles - is owned by or licensed to Morvim and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Download, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or access content in bulk
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Morvim allows verified creators to upload video content (including long-form videos, “Vims” short-form videos, and playlist arrangements) and all users to submit comments and replies.

Your ownership: You retain ownership of all content you upload. Morvim does not claim copyright in your work.

Licence to Morvim: By uploading or posting content, you grant Morvim a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, transcode, distribute, and publicly display that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This licence ends a reasonable time after you remove the content from the Service, except where the content has been shared with others who have not removed it.

Your representations:You represent and warrant that (i) you own or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to the content you upload, including any music, footage, voices, likenesses, or trademarks it contains, and (ii) the content does not violate any law or any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

Removals: We may remove content at our discretion if it violates these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law, or in response to a valid legal process or takedown notice. See our DMCA & Copyright page for the procedure to report copyright infringement.

Repeat infringers: Accounts that receive multiple valid copyright takedown notices, or that repeatedly violate these Terms, may be permanently terminated.

Certain features of Morvim require a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented at the point of purchase. All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - please contact us at support@morvim.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morvim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
