Morvim is a premium streaming platform for handpicked films, documentaries, series and music videos. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, username, profile image, authentication records, and creator or verification status.

Content and communications: We store videos, Vims, images, captions, comments, direct messages, reports, and other content you choose to submit.

Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with Morvim - including videos watched, watch progress, searches, follows, likes, saves, reactions, playlists, and notification preferences.

Device and technical data: We may collect IP address, browser or device type, app diagnostics, and push-notification tokens. Camera, microphone, and photo-library access is used only when you choose to record or upload media.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our streaming service
• Personalise your experience (watch history, continue watching, recommendations)
• Process account creation, authentication, and password resets
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is stored using Supabase, our database, authentication, and storage provider. Video and audio content is processed and delivered through Bunny Stream. Mobile updates and push-notification delivery use Expo services. Email delivery may use Resend. These providers process data only as needed to operate Morvim.

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your login session.

First-party analytics: If you accept analytics cookies, Morvim uses a pseudonymous browser identifier to measure page visits, active session duration, approximate country or region, blog reads and media playback. We do not store raw IP addresses for analytics, and detailed event history is deleted after 30 days. You may decline analytics from the cookie notice.

Third-party advertising: We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our platform. Google AdSense uses cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

Third-party cookies: Our advertising partners, including Google, may use cookies and web beacons to measure ad effectiveness and personalise the ads you see. You can initiate permanent deletion in the Morvim app or through our account deletion page. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Morvim is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Morvim after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
